**1. Service Commitment:**

 

When you engage in sessions or classes with Sky & Earth Center of Light, you are committing to a personalized and dedicated coaching relationship. We are committed to providing you with the best guidance, support, and resources to help you achieve your personal and professional goals.

 

 

 

**2. No Refunds:**

 

Due to the nature of our services and the time and effort invested in each session, we do not offer refunds for any sessions, classes, packages, or services purchased. This includes, but is not limited to, individual sessions, packages, workshops, classes, and other related services.

 

 

 

**3. Session Rescheduling and Cancellation:**

 

We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, and we are happy to accommodate session rescheduling or cancellation with a minimum of 24 hour notice. However, please note that any fees paid for canceled sessions are non-refundable.

 

 

 

**4. Client Commitment:**

 

To ensure the effectiveness of the relationship, we ask that you commit to being present, engaged, and proactive during our sessions. Your active participation and commitment are crucial to achieving your desired results.

 

 

 

**5. Confidentiality:**

 

We uphold strict confidentiality standards, and all information shared during your sessions will remain confidential unless otherwise required by law. If you are referred to another practitioner for a session, relevant information for that session may be shared with your knowledge.

By providing your phone number, either in person, by email, or by submission of our contact form, you agree to receive text messages and phone call communication from Kelsey A Trautman at Sky & Earth Center of Light.

 

 

 

Sky & Earth Center of Light is a part of the Modern Mystery School. You may choose to continue your education with advanced or specialty classes. Certain classes have pre-requisites and require a student ID number. To receive your student ID number and to ensure your ability to take advanced classes, the following information will be shared with the Modern Mystery School ONLY when you take a pre-requisite class: name, address, phone number, and pre-requisite class you attended.
